All lessons are conducted by our teachers via Skype. Lessons by phone are also possible.
You are taught by the same teacher as in the trial lesson.
You can change your teacher at any time.
You may invite an additional person (or persons) to your lesson, without any extra charge.
Lessons are valid indefinitely. You may use them at any time or pass them on to another person.
Lessons usually take place between 7:00 and 22:00 Polish time on all weekdays. Other times upon request.
There is no minimum number of lessons per week or month - you learn as often as you want.
You can reschedule and cancel your lessons by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - the day before your lesson. Lessons are not cancelled via SMS, Skype etc.
Lessons are either 50 minutes or 25 minutes each. You can change the length of your lesson at any time.
You can learn using both the direct method (Direct English) and the traditional method, as well as business English, English for children, conversations, preparation for exams and specialist courses. Ask us if you have any other wishes.
We don't usually use cameras in our lessons - it will help you to concentrate only on speaking. However, if you prefer a camera, we will try to help you.
You don't have to buy more lessons if you don't want to. You learn for as long as you want.
We issue invoices.
The minimum purchase is 59 Euro.
The payment for the lessons should be booked no later than two hours before the lesson (for lessons in the morning or on days off - the day before).

2. The website tele-english.com sells individual language courses conducted by teachers via the Internet in real time.

3. You buy a certain number of lessons. You do not have to buy more lessons if you do not want to.

4. A language course can be ordered by buying lessons or by email. The order is confirmed by email.

5. The course can be paid for by bank transfer or online payment.

6. The course starts no later than in 14 days.

7. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that you have not started the course.

8. We issue a receipt or invoice for completed orders. Any person who places an order through the online shop authorises AWANS Sp. z o.o. to issue an invoice without their signature.

9. The prices available at tele-english.com are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) or in Euro and are gross prices (i.e. final prices including all applicable taxes).

10,. All questions are answered by phone or e-mail on working days between 9:00 and 17:00 Polish time.

11. By placing an order for a course, you are deemed to have read and accepted terms and conditions.

12. Your personal data is used only to carry out orders. They are stored in a manner preventing access by third parties in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883. The data administrator is AWANS Sp. z o.o., Towarowa 12, 35-231 Rzeszów, Poland. Provision of data is voluntary, and AWANS Sp. z o.o. collects the data only for the aforementioned purpose. You have the right to access and correct your data.
